Steps
Slit 6 bitter gourds and remove the flesh and seeds from the inside.
Boil the bitter gourd in water with turmeric and yoghurt for a few minutes.
Remove + cool + squeeze out the water.
Take a flat bottom pan and gently fry the bitter gourd pieces till brown.
Then add curry leaves + dry whole red chillies + 2 big finely chopped onions + saltĀ and fry gently till onions are deep brown andĀ caramelised.
